Savi Italo Srl deals with the trade of a wide range of raw materials and the production of vegetable oils and oil cakes for zootechnical, food and technical use.
We follow the product directly from seed to the finished product to ensure we have maximum control over our raw materials.
From the connection we have with the agricultural world comes love and respect for the environment as well as the desire to use energy produced from renewable sources during the entire production process.
Thanks to our many years of experience, today the company while maintaining the spirit of a family-run business and its bond with the land, is specialized in organic production, storage and processing of cereals, legumes and oilseeds.
The storage at our headquarters is made through technologically advanced silos. The quality of the process is guaranteed by the periodic controls that are carried out by the ASL of competence HACCP for storage.
We extract oil from oilseeds such as soybeans, sunflower, rapeseed, flax, corn and we also produce oil cakes for zootechnical use.
For the production of oil cakes and crude vegetable oils are used special machinery that perform a mechanical pressing and then without the use of solvents.
All the refining processes are then carried out to make the products suitable for sale for food, zootechnical and technical use.

Sunflower Oil
Our sunflower oil is produced thanks to a natural process of mechanical pressing without the use of solvents. This oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. It is refined and transparent, characterized by an amber color and a slight greasy smell. Often used as a substitute for olive oil, it is widely used in cooking, generally for frying.
